SAP/EAM Data Analysts within Optimal support our Asset Management Consultants and Asset Reliability Engineers who use proprietary Enterprise Asset Performance software and tools to analyse and develop effective asset management strategies for various industries. They provide ongoing support and training to our Engineers and Client representatives, while ensuring that all maintenance strategies/data is uploaded to the designated CMMS.
Responsibilities:
- Assume ownership of complex projects and oversee execution and delivery
- Work with assigned clients as assigned to develop appropriate solutions to validate and upload data developed by our engineers into SAP by any one of these approaches; LSMW, ABAP flows, BDC
- Prepare field mapping Templates – PM module
- Fix data issues and make sure the cleansing % reaches the threshold in every phase of projects
- Consolidate, analyse, and migrate client master data in support of ongoing projects as required
- Leverage industry experience, equipment knowledge, software know-how, and customer satisfaction skills to deliver world class solutions to assigned customer accounts
- Serve as a coach/mentor to others on best practices
