Our Asset Reliability Engineers/Asset Management Consultants provide professional maintenance and reliability engineer advisory services to improve asset performance. The key output of the role is to establish a Reliability Engineering and Asset Management program that meets business needs and cascade this program to all assets across the specific operations.
Responsibilities:
- Assume ownership of complex projects and oversee execution and delivery
- Work with assigned clients as assigned to analyse failure/maintenance historical data and develop appropriate Reliability, Availability and Maintainability (RAM) and Whole Lifecycle Cost models
- Perform detailed RCM analysis of equipment, identify gaps between current performance and Client business requirements and/or world class benchmarks, to identify and focus investment in specific reliability improvement activities that will deliver enhanced performance
- Analyse and dissect drawings, diagrams and technical documentation and create function/location/asset lists that meet specific project/customer specifications
- Conduct workshops with the appropriate staff from the customer and/or OEMs to review/fine-tune/finalise the initial desktop maintenance strategy development work.
