Sabelo Dube is the General Manager operations for the National Contact Centre Business Process out-sourcing Solution in Eswatini. It is the largest state owned contact Centre and provides services to local and international entities. Prior to
this appointment, he held the position of the Head of Customer Care Centre of Standard Bank Eswatini and Call Centre Manager of MTN of Eswatini. He holds a BA Social Science degree from the University of Eswatini, a post graduate Certificate in Management Development Program (MDP) from the University of Stellenbosch Business School and a Postgraduate Diploma in Project Management from the University of Cape Town.

Sabelo has vast knowledge in Project Management, stakeholder and networking skills which allows him to work well with people from diverse backgrounds. Sabelo is a seasoned business leader with experience in telecommunications, financial services and Public Sector and that makes him to offer a pivotal role in growing Optimal brand in other markets.
