Key Positions

SAP/EAM Data Analyst

SAP/EAM Data Analysts within Optimal support our Asset Management Consultants and Asset Reliability Engineers who use proprietary Enterprise Asset Performance software and tools to analyse and develop effective asset management strategies for various industries. They provide ongoing support and training to our Engineers and Client representatives, while ensuring that all maintenance strategies/data is uploaded to the designated CMMS. Responsibilities:

Assume ownership of complex projects and oversee execution and delivery
Work with assigned clients as assigned to develop appropriate solutions to validate and upload data developed by our engineers into SAP by any one of these approaches; LSMW, ABAP flows, BDC
Prepare field mapping Templates – PM module
Fix data issues and make sure the cleansing % reaches the threshold in every phase of projects
Consolidate, analyse, and migrate client master data in support of ongoing projects as required
Leverage industry experience, equipment knowledge, software know-how, and customer satisfaction skills to deliver world class solutions to assigned customer accounts
Serve as a coach/mentor to others on best practices

Asset Reliability Engineer/Asset Management Consultant

Our Asset Reliability Engineers/Asset Management Consultants provide professional maintenance and reliability engineer advisory services to improve asset performance. The key output of the role is to establish a Reliability Engineering and Asset Management program that meets business needs and cascade this program to all assets across the specific operations.

Responsibilities:

Assume ownership of complex projects and oversee execution and delivery
Work with assigned clients as assigned to analyse failure/maintenance historical data and develop appropriate Reliability, Availability and Maintainability (RAM) and Whole Lifecycle Cost models
Perform detailed RCM analysis of equipment, identify gaps between current performance and Client business requirements and/or world class benchmarks, to identify and focus investment in specific reliability improvement activities that will deliver enhanced performance
Analyse and dissect drawings, diagrams and technical documentation and create function/location/asset lists that meet specific project/customer specifications
Conduct workshops with the appropriate staff from the customer and/or OEMs to review/fine-tune/finalise the initial desktop maintenance strategy development work.
